Blue Belt · Front Headlock → Submissions
Against a turtled partner, lock a gable-grip front headlock around the head and arm, roll through, and land in the arm-in anaconda choke. The clip shows the full chain once, resets for a kneeling explanation of the grip, then runs the chain again to the finish.
The partner is on all fours in turtle, wearing blue. The instructor, in the white rashguard, drapes over the partner's back and side with an arm wrapped around the head and the near arm. He points at the partner's trapped arm and at his own grip while he explains, his hands working toward each other under the partner's chest.
The instructor joins his hands in a gable grip — palm to palm, no thumbs — under the partner, with the partner's head and one arm inside the loop. He presses his head and shoulder into the partner's back and adjusts the grip deeper before moving.
Keeping the grip locked, the instructor rolls through over his own shoulder and pulls the partner over with him. They land on their sides with the partner's arm still trapped inside the choke — the arm-in anaconda position — and the instructor squeezes on his side to finish the first run before letting go.
The pair separate and reset. The partner comes back to turtle in front of the instructor, who stays kneeling, points down at the partner's head and neck area, and explains the entry to camera. He then leans back in over the turtle and rebuilds the same headlock and gable grip.
With the grip locked a second time, the instructor drives his weight in, rolls through again, and lands on his back and side with the anaconda locked, the partner's arm trapped across his own neck. He holds the finish, then releases, and the pair separate as he kneels up and stands to end the clip.
