White Belt · First Principles → Solo Movement
A single solo movement rep on an empty mat, demonstrated by a student (not Deivid): he steps in, drops down, rolls forward, and comes back up to his feet moving toward the camera. The exact name of the drill cannot be pinned down from this clip — see Honesty notes.
The student stands alone at the far end of the blue mats in a black t-shirt and black pants, hands on his hips, then starts stepping forward toward the camera.
He drops down to his knees, brings his hands toward the mat, and tucks his head down, curling his body forward to start the roll.
He rolls forward over his shoulder and back, body curled, legs tucked and passing over, and comes through onto his side as the roll finishes.
He rises through a kneeling position with one hand posted on the mat, stands up facing the camera with one arm extended forward, then lowers the arm and walks toward the camera as the clip ends.
